Regional carrier is seeking a manager to over see their property claims division. Individual will be responsible for 5-7 direct reports and 70-80 indirect reports of line adjusters. Individual should have strong management experience with an insurance carrier.
Will oversee all aspects of the division to include but not limited to employee development, profit and loss , integration of processes and procedures, technical auditing/ quality control and other duties.
Must have at least 5 years of management of property claims adjusters, ease with technology , structural estimating with various systems and hands on claims expertise.

Candidates without the following will not be considered:
Good tenure with insurance carrier
Homeowners property experience
Degree or advanced training such as SCLA or other related insurance designations.
Managed at least 50 plus adjusters with both direct and indirect reports.
